About AA Konsult
A firm defined by the people who lead it.
Our Story
AA Konsult was founded in 2008, initially as a Civil Engineering consulting firm, but have since pivoted, into Management/Strategic consulting, with a simple conviction - that the most valuable advisory work is independent, intellectually honest, and inseparable from execution.
We remain partner-led by design. Every engagement is staffed with the seniority it deserves.
From our offices in Dartford, we operate across West Africa, Europe, North America, and select markets in Asia and the Middle East.
Our Values
The principles that shape every engagement.
Independence
We answer to outcomes, not orthodoxy. Our counsel is unconflicted and direct.
Discretion
The most consequential work is rarely public. We hold our clients' confidence absolutely.
Rigour
Conviction earned through evidence - not assertion. Every recommendation withstands scrutiny.
Endurance
We measure success in the years that follow our engagement, not the weeks within it.
Leadership
The partners behind the work.
30+ years across operational and financial advisory.
